Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, company (optional), a hashed password.
• Activity: saves, reviews, orders, claims and listings you manage. Your name appears next to reviews you publish.
• Usage data: views and clicks, counted per tool and per day for makers' statistics, plus where the view came from (search, social, or the other site's domain). Upvotes store a random visitor ID and a salted hash of your IP to prevent duplicates. Our servers also keep standard access logs (IP address, browser, page) for security and for limiting abuse.
• Payments: we receive the payment status and amount, never your card number.
• Partners: who you referred, your commissions and your payout wallet. Partners see the referred maker's masked email.
• Newsletter: your email, if you subscribe. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address.
• Event submissions and support: the email and details you send us.

Why we use it

To run your account, listings and orders, to send service email such as confirmations, plan reminders and notices about reviews and replies, to prevent abuse and to meet accounting duties. We send the newsletter only to people who subscribed.

Who processes it

• Plisio handles crypto payments, and Creem handles card payments where offered at checkout. Each processes your payment under its own policy.
• Our hosting and email providers store and deliver data for us.
• Telegram carries alerts to our team, which can include your email and the text of a review or submission.
• Anthropic processes public website text and listing content when we build listings with AI.
• Some tool logos load from Google's favicon service, so your browser may send it your IP address.

These providers may be in other countries. We don't sell personal data. Makers see aggregated statistics, never who viewed their listing.

Cookies and browser storage

• A session cookie when you sign in
• A visitor-ID cookie once you upvote without signing in (1 year)
• A cookie with your saved tools if you aren't signed in (1 year)
• A partner referral cookie if you arrive through a partner link (60 days)
• A short-lived cookie while you claim a listing (1 hour)
• Your theme and upvotes in your browser's storage
• Demo videos load from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) only after you press play

Simply viewing pages sets no cookies. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

How long we keep it

Account data stays until you delete the account. Order and payout records stay as long as accounting rules require, without your name or email once the account is deleted.

Your rights

You can delete your account in your account settings, or write to hello@infobro.ai. Write to the same address to get a copy of your data or correct it. Deleting an account removes your personal data, saves, reviews and unpublished submissions. Upvotes aren't linked to your account, and published listings stay in the directory without an owner. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to some uses and to complain to your data protection authority.
