Using the site

The directory and articles are for information and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Facts about third-party tools come from public sources, are prepared with the help of AI and may be out of date or wrong; check with the vendor before you buy. A link or a listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for third-party products or sites.

Accounts

You need to confirm your email to use an account. Keep your login safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. Don't create accounts to manipulate upvotes or reviews. We may remove votes, reviews or accounts that do.

Submissions and listings

When you submit or claim a listing, you confirm you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. You give us a license to display the listing content, logos and screenshots on infobro and in our newsletter and social posts. We may edit, decline or remove listings that break the listing guidelines.

We may use our own affiliate or referral links to listed tools, at our discretion, on listing pages, in articles and elsewhere on infobro. This can apply to any listing, including one on the paid Listing plan, except a listing on a Pro plan: while a Pro plan is active, we don't use such links for that tool. Not every listing gets one, and any commission from these links is ours.

Plans

A tool joins the directory on a Listing or Pro plan, for a year or for life. "Lifetime" means for as long as infobro runs, except Promoted alternative and search pins on a lifetime Pro plan, which run for the first 12 months. A yearly plan doesn't renew by itself: we remind you before it ends, and if you don't renew within 14 days after the end date, the paid features switch off and a listing that joined through a paid submission leaves the directory lists. Both come back when you renew. When you move to a higher plan, the unused days of a running yearly plan, or the amount paid for a lifetime Listing when moving to lifetime Pro, count towards the new price.

Paid products

Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Each order is charged once, and nothing renews automatically. Placements run for the period shown. Payments are handled by the provider you choose at checkout. An order left unpaid for 14 days expires. We don't guarantee any amount of traffic, clicks, rankings or sales, or a followed link.

Refunds

If we reject a paid listing, we refund the plan in full. Otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once the listing is accepted or a placement has started. Refunds go back through the original payment method; for crypto, to a wallet you give us. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the plan or placement it paid for ends. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Partner program

The partner program has its own rules, which are part of these terms if you join.

Liability

infobro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
