Jobscan compares a resume with a job posting and returns a match rate, along with the hard skills, soft skills and keywords that are missing. It also checks formatting and identifies which applicant tracking system (ATS) an employer uses. Jobscan recommends aiming for a 75% match rate.
Beyond scanning, it offers AI Optimize for tailoring a resume to a specific job, an AI resume builder, summary and bullet point generators, and a cover letter generator. How much does Jobscan Premium cost?
A vendor article from February 2026 lists $49.95 per month, or $89.95 every 3 months, which works out to $29.99 per month. It says a yearly plan is not offered. The live plan page could not be read, so confirm prices at checkout.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The cancellation policy says only the Premium 3 Month Plan with Trial includes one, and your card is charged when it ends. A February 2026 vendor article describes a 7-day trial that excludes full LinkedIn Optimization.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel from your Account page, and the account moves to Free when the billing period ends. Refunds are decided case by case, require a dispute within 2 calendar days with no use of the service in that period, and carry a 3.5% fee.
