What is Feedzai?

Feedzai is a fraud and financial crime prevention platform that scores transactions and customer activity in real time for banks, fintechs and payment companies. Its RiskOps platform puts transaction fraud, scam prevention, identity checks and anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring in one system that covers the whole customer lifecycle.

The platform uses AI models, behavioral and device intelligence, and network intelligence (Feedzai IQ) built from data across its customer base. Farol, an AI agent, helps fraud teams with rules, alerts and suspicious activity reports (SARs). Feedzai Orchestration handles account opening and onboarding checks.

Feedzai is built for retail and commercial banks, payment service providers, merchant acquirers, core banking providers and government bodies. The company says it processes 140 billion events a year. It does not publish prices, and you get access through a sales demo.
