What is Reonomy?

Reonomy is a commercial real estate data platform that finds the people who actually own U.S. commercial properties, including owners hidden behind shell LLCs and holding companies. It covers 53M+ commercial properties, 68M+ transactions, 5.2M+ companies and 30M+ owner and contact records.

The platform pulls together title and assessor records, geospatial and demographic data, debt and lien filings, and corporate ownership filings. Machine learning matches these records into one profile per property and one deduplicated contact list per owner. Users can filter properties by 200+ criteria, view owner portfolios and transaction history, and see a "likelihood to sell" score for properties that may trade in the next 12 months.

Brokers, investors, lenders, developers, appraisers and commercial service providers use it to source off-market deals and build prospect lists. Data is available in a web app, as bulk CSV feeds, or through an API.
