Lofty is a real estate platform that combines a CRM, IDX websites, lead generation services and AI agents in one system for agents, teams, brokerages and lenders.

The CRM covers unlimited contacts, email and text automation, a dialer and multi-step "Smart Plans" that nurture leads across email, text, calls and direct mail. Its AI layer includes Cowork, which runs one-off or scheduled tasks inside the CRM, plus add-on agents: a Sales Agent that qualifies leads and books appointments, a Social Agent for posting, a Homeowner Agent that flags likely sellers, and custom agents you build yourself. Developers can connect their own AI agents through the Lofty MCP Server and CLI.

Lofty also sells managed advertising on Google, Facebook, Microsoft and ChatGPT, along with ZIP-code farming and hyperlocal SEO websites. Pricing is quote-only, and there is no free trial.
