What is Scribenote?
Scribenote is an AI scribe for veterinarians. It records appointments, conversations and phone calls and turns them into structured medical notes in SOAP and other formats. You record on a phone, tablet or laptop, Scribenote transcribes and structures the note, and you review and edit it before sending it to your clinic's practice management system (PIMS) through Widget Mode or PIMSPal.
The AI is tuned for veterinary terms such as medication names. It includes templates for callbacks, dental records with a visual chart, multi-pet and herd visits, and abdominal ultrasounds. Pro users can build their own Adaptive Templates and client summaries. Companion lets users ask questions about any patient.
Pricing is per full-time DVM. Support staff can use it at no cost through Teams Mode, as long as the clinic has a paid DVM account. It suits general and emergency clinics as well as multi-clinic groups. The company says it holds SOC 2 Type II attestation and ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
