Upheal is an AI documentation and practice management platform for therapists. It records in-person or online sessions, or takes dictation and typed observations, and drafts a progress note about a minute after the session ends. You review and sign the note, then paste it into your current EHR or keep it in Upheal.
Notes come from 30+ templates or custom templates built from 170+ clinical sections. The AI adapts to your writing style as you edit, and a compliance checker reviews notes against payer criteria before signing. AI treatment plans with "Golden Thread" progress tracking are also included.
