Platforms
Tractian combines wireless sensors with AI software to monitor the health of industrial machines and detect faults weeks before they fail. It is built for asset-heavy operations such as manufacturing, oil and gas, food and beverage, mining, chemicals, data centers, and government.
The battery-powered sensors are plug-and-play and send data over 4G/LTE, so the plant does not need Wi-Fi or IT infrastructure. They capture mechanical data (vibration, ultrasound, magnetic field, temperature), electrical data (power, current, voltage), and operational data (pressure, humidity, load, runtime). AI diagnostics show what the anomaly is, where it is, and what to do about it. Tractian says it trains its models on machines it deliberately runs to failure in its own AI Center.
The platform also covers CMMS tasks such as work orders, parts inventory, and preventive maintenance. It connects to SAP, Maximo, Oracle NetSuite, and Power BI. Pricing is custom and based on your assets. Most customers are fully operational within 14 days.
Who it's for
Spot faults in pumps, motors and gearboxes weeks before they fail, so repairs can be scheduled ahead of time.
Bring the asset health data from several facilities into one system, with AI showing which assets need attention first.
Install battery-powered sensors that send data over cellular networks, with no need for Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Push diagnostics and work orders into the CMMS, ERP or BI tools your team already uses.
