What is SaneBox?

SaneBox is an AI email management service that sorts incoming mail by importance and moves less important messages out of the main inbox. It works on top of your existing email account, with no download or manual setup, and supports Gmail, Microsoft 365, Apple iCloud, Yahoo! Mail, Fastmail, and any IMAP, Exchange or ActiveSync server.

Beyond filtering, it adds tools for routine inbox chores. BlackHole removes senders you never want to hear from again. A Daily Digest summarizes the unimportant mail you haven't opened. Reminders tell you when a contact hasn't replied, Snooze holds messages until later, and you can unsubscribe in one click.

There are three paid plans (Snack, Lunch and Dinner), which differ in how many email accounts they cover and which features they include. It suits individuals and professionals with busy inboxes who want to keep their current email provider and apps.
