Platforms
Fabrico is a manufacturing performance platform that combines MES and OEE software with maintenance management (CMMS) and AI add-ons. It tracks production in real time and records downtime automatically. It also assigns a money value to each stop, slowdown, changeover and reject, based on your own selling prices and gross margins.
Machines connect through existing PLCs, Fabrico IoT sensors or cameras, and lines without sensors can use a manual mode. Losses are ranked by how much value can be recovered. Each one becomes an insight with an owner, a next action and a result that is checked against production data. Maintenance work orders, preventive plans and spare parts are managed in the same system.
Fabrico is aimed at manufacturing plants and multi-site groups in FMCG, food, automotive, electronics, aerospace, chemical and metal production. It runs on web, iOS and Android, integrates with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, and is quoted per plant.
Who it's for
Plant managers see stops, micro-stops and changeovers ranked by lost profit, so they can deal with the most costly ones first.
Maintenance teams plan preventive work, handle emergency repairs raised from the line and track MTTR and MTBF in one system.
Operations leadership compares OEE and maintenance KPIs across sites against the group average and standardizes asset hierarchies.
A plant connects one representative line, measures its losses in money and checks the value before rolling out further.
