Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service is a field service management app for planning, dispatching and tracking work orders done by frontline technicians. It covers scheduling and resource dispatch, planned maintenance agreements, returns processing, and managing vendors and contractors.
Copilot helps with work orders, scheduling and summaries. Technicians can use the app on the web, on mobile and in Microsoft 365. The full plan also includes Dynamics 365 Guides and Remote Assist, which give technicians step-by-step instructions and video help from remote experts. Optional add-ons include Resource Scheduling Optimization and Copilot Studio agents, such as a Scheduling Operations Agent that is in preview. Agents are paid for with Copilot Credits.
The product is built for organizations with in-house or contracted field technicians, such as equipment service, maintenance and utilities teams. It is licensed per user and billed yearly.
