Platforms
Tray.ai is an enterprise integration platform (iPaaS) for building integrations, automations and AI agents across 700+ connectors, with governance built in. It also manages Model Context Protocol (MCP) access for agents. Teams build in Tray Build, a visual low-code builder, or in Tray Headless, which works with Claude Code, Codex and other coding assistants.
The platform has two parts. Tray iPaaS covers process automation, data integration, API management, the Merlin Agent Builder and the Agent Gateway for MCP. Tray Helix deploys apps built with AI coding tools to a managed runtime with one command. It adds SSO, managed credentials, per-app cost tracking and an internal app registry.
Pricing is based on usage, measured in Tasks and Helix Compute Units. There are no per-user or per-connection fees. Tray is built for enterprise IT, RevOps, finance and HR teams that want integrations and AI work on one governed platform.
Who it's for
Route inbound leads to sales reps automatically. DocuSign reports getting 99% of leads to sales in under 3 minutes.
Deploy AI agents in Slack or Teams that answer IT tickets. Apollo reports 40% ticket deflection in the first two weeks.
Sync data between systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
Put apps built with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor into production with SSO, managed credentials and cost caps.
