What is Tana?
Tana is an agentic meeting platform where AI agents do work during the call. It captures meetings on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or calls hosted in Tana, without a bot joining. While you talk, it proposes actions such as filing a Linear issue, drafting a follow-up email, updating HubSpot or logging a decision with an owner.
Every action is a proposal. A person accepts, edits or dismisses it. Everything from your calls goes into a shared knowledge graph of customers, decisions, issues and people, so the team can ask what was decided, by whom and why. Coding agents like Claude Code, Codex and Cursor can read the same context through MCP, and there is also a public API.
Tana is aimed at AI-native product teams, founders, investors, consultants, sales and customer success. It is a separate product from Tana Outliner, the company's note-taking app.
